Contact
Email: hello@queertown.in — for anything at all: a question, a payment, a refund, the press, or something that went wrong. A person reads every one.
If you are a member
The quickest way is inside the app. Report is on every post, message, profile, board and room, and goes straight to the people who act on reports. Something broken can be sent from Settings → Report a problem.
If you are in danger right now, please call your local emergency number. We are not an emergency service and cannot send help.
Advertisers
Everything about an advert — booking, paying, its status, stopping it — is on the advertisers' page. For money back, see Refunds and Cancellations.
