Queer Town
A people-first digital town for LGBTQ+ people and the people who stand with them.
Not another feed. A place where being queer is part of who you are, not the only thing you are allowed to talk about.
Get the app
Queer Town is an Android app, coming soon to Google Play. The link will be here the day it is live — we would rather say "soon" than put up a button that goes nowhere.
There is no web version, on purpose. A website leaves a trail in a browser's history, on shared and family computers, that an app on your own phone does not.
What's inside
- Boards — ask, share and recommend, on any topic. Ask without your name when it matters.
- Rooms — group chats for people who share something, kept small enough to feel like a place.
- My Day & Right Now — say how your day went, or how you feel right now, and see who else is up.
- Inbox — private messages, starting with a request you choose to accept.
- Marketplace — pass on binders, clothes, books and gear to people who need them.
- Find — meet people for friendship or more, only if you switch it on, and only people who are looking too can see you.
- Support — always one tap away.
What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click.
- It has no analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from any other company.
- It asks you for nothing.
Quick exit (top right, or press Esc three times) swaps this page for Wikipedia so it does not come back with the Back button. It cannot erase your browser history — no website can. If that matters, use a private or incognito window.
